Additional Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge of £10.00 per order is automatically added to your shopping basket. If you have been quoted additional cost for pre 9.30am delivery, or delivery to any of the UK Islands, then simply click on "Add Additional £5 Delivery Charge Unit" to add a £5.00 supplementary charge. You can then increase the quantity of £5.00 supplementary charges to match the quotation you have been given.

Alternative Delivery Address

If you require delivery to an alternative address to the one that your credit/debit card is registered to, then please order your product in the normal way, but also contact us requesting an alternative delivery address. We will then send you in the post, to your card address, a security reference code that we ask you to email back to us.

If you need to return goods to us for any reason, please contact us in the first instance. We will arrange for collection from your home/premises (please do not make alternative arrangements). Please ensure that you package the goods in the original packaging or suitable alternative packaging to avoid damage in transit back to our warehouse.

Refunds

You may return any product purchased from us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund, provided it is still in saleable condition and returned in the original or a suitable alternative packaging.

If you simply want to return the product then we are unable to refund your original delivery charge of £10, and will have to make a collection charge, at cost, of £30.Ê This will be deducted from the credit refunded to you.

If you are ordering an alternative product we cannot refund your original £10 delivery charge, however we will agree a compromise on the collection charge.

You will not be charged any transportation costs for shipping of products that the manufacturer agree are faulty.

All on-line refunds will be completed within 28 days of agreement and made according to your payment method (e.g. if you pay by Visa, then the refund will be a credit back to your Visa account).

Cancellations

Please contact by email to cancel an order. We will accept cancellation of any order, without charge to you, prior to dispatch. If the goods have not been dispatched, we will refund, via your payment card, in full, including the delivery charge.
